Here's what to expect...
 Small group virtual setting

 6 weeks of learning and connection. 1 hour session per week facilitated by Allison Rew- Hypnobirthing instructor

 6 weeks of mom and baby yoga.  We namaste every Sunday with Krista Bromfield from Good Hearts Yoga and Wellness 

 Safe and sacred space to have real conversations

Your birth story is a vital piece of you and your new journey as a mother. We will share and connect on each mama's story.

 My 4th Trimester

The trimester NOONE talks about. We will learn about the importance of honouring your mind, body and the profound transformation that you have just gone through and why we, as mothers need support during this time. 

My Mood

 Did someone say hormones? We will have open conversations about the ups and downs of motherhood, supporting one another as we journey alongside together 

My Relationships

Having a baby puts a new twist on your relationships. We will learn unique ways you can continue to connect with your partner, parents, friends, families and how the evolution of relationships is normal and expected

My Intuition

 Hey Google..... 
As new parents we are bombarded with ideas on how to parent. We will learn how to lean in, trust your own intuition and follow your mama bear voice- we all have one.

My Social Life

 Now, more than ever this has changed. Being a new mom changes our social schedule, add in a pandemic and our social lives are barely recognizable. Come and learn with other moms how to navigate this new transition and create new, everlasting connections.

Meet Allison, Wild Mama Facilitator 
Hi there! My name is Allison and I am first and foremost a mom of two bouncy boys who since the moment they were conceived, made my life complete in so many unforgettable ways. More than that, I am an identical twin married to an identical twin, food & fitness junkie, life long learner, and adventure seeker.

I fell in love with motherhood and all that comes with it after experiencing a miscarriage, which opened my eyes to the true love we have for our babies even before they are born. This drew me to the approach of hypnobirthing when we successfully conceived our first born son, as a way to truly connect with his in utero experience and beyond. 

I am thankful to say I have experienced two very relaxed and positive births, which inspired me to help others achieve the same. I am currently in the midst of completing hypnobirthing educator as well as yoga teacher certifications and I am excited to help moms in all stages of their motherhood journey. I believe in the power of community and the profound impact connections can have on our overall well-being and I look forward to getting to know you! .

"First and foremost, the weight that I was able to get off my shoulders every week was soooo relieving - being able to share the good, the bad and the ugly without judgement is such a breath of fresh air, while also realizing all the women in our community are feeling or having gone through something similar.

Being able to share in our community every week also brought a new type of communication into my relationship at home - after each Wednesday, we would discuss at home what I shared in the class, it was helpful to open up about things I may not have realized I was keeping bottled up to myself and letting stew into unnecessary stress or anxiety.

Having this amazing group of women coming together every week gave me some new connections that I hope can last for a very long time outside of our community circle!
